Masoud Barzani

Salahadin, Kurdistan Region of Iraq, President Masoud Barzani received a United Nations delegation headed by Mr. Jan Kubis, the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations Assistance Mission in Iraq. During the meeting, President Barzani and Mr. Kubis discussed the latest political developments in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq. The President and Mr. Kubis emphasized on some of the key political issues such as the formation of the new Iraqi government and the issue of the disputed territories.
