President Barzani Recieves British Ambassador to Iraq
President Masoud Barzani received a British diplomatic delegation at his office today, the delegation was headed by Mr. Jonathan Wilks, United Kingdom's ambassador to Iraq. During the meeting, President Barzani and ambassador Wilks spoke of the current political situation in Iraq as the various political entities are working in pursuit of the formation of a new government following the elections for the Council of Representatives.
President Barzani also added that it is of immense importance to the Kurdish political parties that the new government must adhere to the Constitution of Iraq and respect the principles of partnership and consensus.
