In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

At a time when war and great instability prevail in our region, Iraq is facing various threats of crisis and difference in political views of the parties have further intensified.

I call on the Federal Government of Iraq and the Kurdistan Regional Government to come together in order to resolve the existing issues and disputes and reach an agreement, and to also prevent opportunistic actors from exploiting the situation and deepening the crises and conflicts.
